Mischa plays plea bargain

So Mischa Barton is back in the headlines (why?) after accepting a plea bargain for her DUI case.

When she heads to court on Thursday, she'll plead no contest to her DUI charge, which will cause her marijuana charge to be dropped. The charge on her for driving without a license will be reduced, too.

So at the end of the day, The Queen of Cottage Cheese Legs only has to deal with three unsupervised years of probation (seriously, what's the point of probation if it's unsupervised), she has to attend an alcohol education class (whammy, I only had to take an online test that cost $30 when I got written up for boozin' too much in college), and pay a fine. Apparently that's usually the standard procedure for first time offenders.

Yeah, and Nicole Richie spending a whopping four minutes in jail back in the day was pretty normal, too.
