It took a few days, but Miley Cyrus has finally responded to the backlash she got for a picture taken of her and her friends with them pulling their eyelids back, which many felt mocked the Asian culture. Apparently, that wasn't what Miley and her friends were doing, and she took offense to anyone thinking she's a racist.
In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new 'BAD GIRL'! You guys know my heart and know the most important things to me are my friends, family, fans, and GOD! In NO WAY do I want to disappoint any of you! But, when I have made mistakes in the past, I feel like I've owned up to them and apologized.
Hmmm, so if everyone thought that she was making fun of Asians in this picture, and she said she's making a goofy face, is she saying that she thinks Asians look goofy? Okay, so that's a stretch, but really? There's a ton of goofy faces to make, and you make that one? I'm tellin you...the new generation of celebs is made up of a bunch of dummies.

no sh*t about the celeb thing. It wouldnt suprise me if Miley is racist, and i find this offensive because i have two asian friends.
