Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford's divorce has gotten real ugly real quick, and she's looking to try have her husband banned from leaving the country with their 2-year-old son in fear that they'll disappear. To counteract that, Kelly's soon-to-be-ex David Giersch said Kelly has a mega temper, even throwing a laptop at him before and trying to punch him in the face.
That's a whole mess I'd hate to have ANYTHING to do with.
