Just a day after Billy Petersen made his final appearance on the original CSI:Crime Scene Investigation, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson signed on to appear on an upcoming episode of CSI:NY. They'll be playing a Bonnie and Clyde-like couple, with Pete playing as a fella named Chester Bryon and Ashlee playing Lia Wickfield.
Call me crazy, but I kinda like when bigger celebs appear on TV shows. Obviously it helps get them exposure since the CSI franchise is so popular, but to me, it also kinda shows that they're not "too big" for just plain old TV. I'll be pumped to see the episode.
