Word has finally come out why Toni Braxton didn't appear on the finale for Dancing with the Stars a few weeks ago. It had nothing to do with being bitter or anything, but it was a more serious matter. She had a non-cancerous tumor removed from her breast the week before. Toni knew about the tumor before she appeared on Dancing, and scheduled the appointment the day after she got eliminated at the end of October. She should be joining the Dancing tour when it kicks on Wednesday in San Diego.
