Former child star-turned-train wreck Jodie Sweetin is no longer allowed to be alone with her 8-month-old daughter have a court hearing for custody of the little girl. Jodie and her husband, Cody Herpin, are in the middle of a messy divorce, and Cody threw the knockout punch during the custody hearing. He told the judge that she's an unfit mother, and that Jodie has actually driven drunk with her daughter in the car before.
