Katy Perry told Usmagazine.com that she'd like to apologize for a comment she made about being the skinny version Lily Allen.
Yeah, I made a joke about [that] earlier this year. I was just kind of joking and trying to be funny. I didn't mean anything by it. Comedians are not necessarily to be taken super seriously.
No word on whether or not Lily has accepted, but she was PISSED at Katy when she heard about the comments, blasting her for not being English or writing her own songs.
