In a really awkward move, 42-year-old Stephen Baldwin decided to take on a bet dropped on him by his friend Miley Cyrus (wtf?) to get a Hannah Montana tattoo. She said if he did, he could have a guest appearance on the show. Stupidly, Stephen got the tattoo (if you can't make it out, the tatt is only the initials "HM"), but apparently Miley isn't living up to her end of the deal! Stevie-boy is still waiting for Miley to contact him about the guest spot!
