If you had a girlfriend/fiance/wife that looked anything like Debbie Matenopoulos, wouldn't you treat her decently? I understand not all marriages between a hot wife and a decent looking guy work out, but out of respect, wouldn't you at least let her know you're filing for divorce? Jay Faires didn't let Debbie know. She actually found out about it from the internet.
I am extremely saddened by the dissolution of my seven-year relationship with my husband. I am not a proponent of divorce and I believe in working things out. So you can only imagine my extreme sadness and disillusionment when I was informed of my husband's divorce proceedings, much like you were, by reading them online.
Maybe he was just jealous that she was in the spotlight. She hosts E!'s Daily 10 and used to be a co-host on The View. Either that, or maybe he's just a straight up douchebag.
