Jay Leno getting sued

Jay Leno is being sued by the estate of a Macy's department store heir over an antique car that he bought during an auction in 2005. Leno's 1931 Model J Duesenberg was garaged with a Rolls Royce in the Windsor Garage in Manhattan for 50 by John Strauss, who owned the cars. In 2005, they were auctioned off without John knowing due to him owing $29,000 in parking fees.

The estate is calling BS and said that story was just made up to justify the sale of the cars, and they want both cars returned. I would totally expect a few bits about this on Jay's show, unless he decides to keep it underwraps for legal reasons.
