Former host of The Biggest Loser Caroline Rhea gave birth to a healthy (and gigantic) baby girl on Monday. Caroline and her longtime boyfriend, Costaki Economopoulous, named 22.5 inch, 9 lb girl Ava Rhea Economopoulous. Congrats from the Dirt, and on a separate note, good job keeping her first name very short, considering her last name is almost as long as Paris Hilton's list of sex partners.
