Britney Spears hung out with Elvis Duran on Z100 in New York yesterday morning and made a huge announcement -- she's heading out on a world tour!! No dates have been released yet or anything (I'm sure they're still working it all out), but she said she's gearing up for it! Check out the video of her on the show here!
