Bon Jovi sued by Boston man

Is Jon Bon Jovi a criminal?! He's being sued by a Boston man, Bart Steele, for stealing his lyrics for his hit called Man, I Really Love This Team. Bart apparently wrote the song back in 2004 about the Red Sox, and even got to perform it around the city and hand out copies of the song. Fast forward to 2007, where Bon Jovi came out with the song and was given all the credit.

Bart is suing Jon for $400 billion dollars. Now here's the thing, if you sued him for something reasonable, like a few thousand or whatever money Bon Jovi's made on the song, then you'd probably win. But suing for $400 billion dollars?! There's no way Bart is winning. He screwed the pooch on that one.
