Britney Spears was in court yesterday with K-Fed again dealing with custody of their children.
The commissioner was (for the first time) very impressed with Britney's progress. He granted her 3 days of supervised visitation with her kids a week -- great news for Britney.
What's even better is that the hope is to work her up to one overnight stay a week with the kids within a month if all goes well. And eventually to get her back to 50/50 custody.
Britney seems to be on the upswing! Let's hope she can keep it up for her sake and the kids.

So..we wrote this exact same story, at the exact same time, and pretty much said the exact same thing. So I deleted mine since you can probably Swanton Bomb me.
