Lindsay has been trying to keep away from the photogs lately, and Wednesday afternoon she got surrounded by a good amount of them... Well minutes later her bodyguard came and it got a bit chaotic.. Lindsay gets kicked by a photog and then he gets kicked back.. IN THE BALLS!
Do you think the bodyguard took it too far? Or did he have every right?

The obsession that this country had with celebrity culture is disturbing, to say the least. What exactly is the need for 20+ grown men with digital cameras, standing around and hounding someone who hasn't even produced an original creative thing since "The Parent Trap" anyways? Celebrity has turned "Tazer Guy" into a Matt Lauer interview. Celebrity has turned this knucklehead into a TMZ story. And now media outlets, seeing the ratings that this escapism brings, (because in a 24 hour news cycle, you need filler) are using Britney Spears as sensational stories to sell advertising for big companies. Ugh, who's to blame? ...Um, truthfully?
