Was Jessica Simpson abused?

That's what it sounds like, anyway. No word on whether it was emotional, physical, or both and who it was from, but Jessica spills the beans in one of the new songs off her debut country album Do You Know?

In her song Remember That, she offers advices to abused women and said that the song and advice she gives is something she can relate to, and that she'll sing it with experience.
