Kate Hudson sued by scientists

Kate Hudson may have done well with developing her haircare line, David Babaii, but she also succeeded in getting her hot ass sued. Apparently she had an agreement with 220 Laboratories for the development and manufacturing around the secret ingredient known as the Vanuatu Complex (which is really just volcanic ash from the Vanuatu Islands).

But she apparently bolted to another manufacturer with the secret ingredient list and worked with them. There was no written contract, just oral.

Yeah, someone tell the brainiacs that you won't win a case based on an oral agreement and a handshake. For scientists, they're pretty dumb.
