Katy Perry's parents are the opposite of proud of her

Everyone has been throwing out their opinions about Katy's hit I Kissed a Girl, including her mom. You would think parents would be proud of their kids when they have a song that hits #1 on the charts, but not Mama Perry. She said the song's message is "shameful and disgusting."

Okay, Katy is smoking hot first of all, so she's on my A-list. Plus, anyone who is offended by the song needs to 1) get a life or 2) FLIP THE RADIO DIAL! But I'd lean more toward getting a life.

When that song makes Katy so rich she can buy her folks a house, I'm sure they'll change their mind about it.
