Even though he wasn't at fault for the crash he was in a couple of weeks ago, Shia LaBeouf still has a DUI charge up against him. Rumor has it he may check into rehab to try and reduce the charges against him.
Smart kid. Although I don't think he has a problem, I think he was just being a normal 20-something-year-old kid that made a dumb mistake.
