Apparently JoJo was the original choice for Hannah Montana, but she turned down the series. And even though it's been insanely successful, she has no regrets.
Hmm...she sure about that? Miley is all up in everyone's faces. JoJo hasn't had a hit in 2 years...

Underage or not, JoJo is smokin'. A lot more than Miley, and I've been telling everyone Miley's gonna be a knockout when she's in her 20's.
