Jess performed at the Grand Ole Opry over the weekend, which was supposed to be her official coming-out party as a country star. But the crowd was more concerned on with what she was wearing -- actually, what she WASN'T wearing.She wore a dress with a ridiculous low-cut neck line during the performance, and apparently that's not the right thing to do at the Opry. Peeps in the crowd commented that she was dressed inappropriately, and one person even told People magazine that she should've put on some clothes.
