15-year-old Taylor Momsen, who plays Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl, got some flack for wearing this dress to the Metropolitan Opera the other day. People are saying the whole low neckline is inappropriate for someone so young, but I really don't see anything wrong with it (and that's not me just being a guy.)

She cut her long pretty hair! The dress is ok, whats the problem? At least she looks pretty like a girl, not a biker slut.
That's what I'm saying! The WORST thing about the picture is that her boobs are pushed up a little bit, but what girl DOESN'T do that these days? Sometimes you just can't help it I suppose.
