Nobody is a fan of Hurricane Ike...except for America's Next Top Model finalist, Bianca Golden. She was due in court today in the Turks for that assaulting mishap with Hairspray's Nikki Blonsky but their government is too involved in dealing with the Hurricane relief that they want to just drop the case. 0o0o0o she's lucky....
