Even though today is the big day, Jess has been celebrating all week long with sis, Ash, Pete Wentz and her man, Tony Romo. Tony was even sweet enough to serenade Jess... not with the birthday song but with Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" haha I wish I heard that...
