Lohan and Ronson Getting Serious?

They were spotted on Lohan's birthday last week jewelry shopping. Now, Lohan has been spotted with a new diamond ring. A British tabloid has reported that Ronson had given Lohan a $22,000 commitment ring last week!!

An insider told the paper, "Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday. Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud. It's not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment. Lindsay is thrilled and she and Sam are very content."

I really can't tell if this is for real or if they're just always hanging out for publicity and whatnot... I mean, I was just watching LIVING LOHAN a few days ago and Lindsay was dating a GUY at that time...Ronson just seems like a phase for her.. in my opinion.
