Is Katherine Heigl about to flatline on Grey's Anatomy?

Rumor has it Izzie Stevens could be killed off of Grey's Anatomy by the end of this season, and it's all Katherine Heigl's fault.

Katherine slammed the Grey's writers in her statement, saying that she didn't feel like she was given the material to even earn an Emmy nomination, so she wasn't going to submit her name in order to keep the credibility of the Emmy's alive.

Wow. She may be hot, but what a biznatch! That statement ticked the writers off so much that they're talking to the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, about killing her character off at the end of the season. Shonda's all for it, especially since she made a contract dispute back in February 2007 very public.

Rumor also has it that she's wanted out of her contract ever since the huge success of her movie Knocked Up. Ya know, if she keeps acting stuck up like this, I hope she gets Knocked Out.
