Richard Hatch, the Rhode Island dude who won the first season ever of Survivor (but was more known for walking around totally naked) who got arrested for tax-evasion for not paying the correct taxes on his winnings, was on the Today Show yesterday talking with Matt Lauer about being out of prison and broke.
