Asylum.com has posted an article and pictures of the 20 worst celebrity tattoos. Included on the list are Fred Durst, Steve-O, and sadly, Megan Fox. You can check out the pictures here, but I have a little preview for you. It's Cher's tattoo of angel wings and flowers on her ass.
That gives a whole new meaning to the term "holy crap."
