Katy Perry told Spinner.com that she's "kinda saving myself for Miley Cyrus."

    Well Katy has kinda the same look as Mandy Jiroux and it's obvious Miley has at least a crush on Mandy, so therfore...

    I'd rather see miley kiss mandy though...full on in public.
