The man with the biggest gut has given birth to a baby girl.
Thomas Beatie -- better known as "The Pregnant Man" -- has given birth to a healthy baby girl.
He did NOT give birth via C-Section according to People Magazine. Ouch.
Congratulations to The Pregnant Man and his new daughter....... no word if she has a penis.
